Shamanic Drumming Circle July 20

Join Bas and Tiger for a community drum circle and drum journey meditation.

Held at Emergence Yoga Kiama - Upstairs at 42 Terralong Street

7pm-9pm April 20th.

Bring your medicine drum, rattles, a yoga mat (there are mats available at studio), something to cover your eyes for journeying, and a blanket or warm wrap if you like to be covered (there are blankets at the studio). Some people like to bring a notebook and pen if you would like to record insights from the journey section.

Bastian McPhee and Grant ‘Tiger’ Pulley have both been practicing shamanism for thirty years. They are well travelled guides in shamanic journeying, ceremony, healing and community service.
